You share the first floor in our villa, with 3 other girls. We have a large 2 floor 280sqm villa in Örgryte, Gothenburg. This is one of the most central villas in Gothenburg, and will give you quick access to downtown, while you still have the calm villa area surroundings. The current 3 girls would prefer the new tenant to also be a girl. The villa is a 3 minute walk from Liseberg amusement park and 5 min walk from the tram station. Gothenburgs main entertainment street avenyn is about 5 minutes away with bike. Chalmers University is a 10 min bike ride away. Gothenburg University is about 15 mins with bike. You will be sharing the space on the first floor on 4 persons (The total common area on floor 1 is about 80 sqm). The common area has a open fireplace in the living room, Sauna, 1 room with bath and bathroom, 1 small toilet room, 1 shower next to the sauna, you also have your own newly built kitchen. Electricity, water and internet is included in the rent. The room have a 80cm bed. Big desk, office chair, big closet, bed sofa that can be made to a 140x200 bed. Small bar table with chairs. All furniture is brand new and cost about 30 000kr. The room is only beeing rented out with furniture and you can not bring your own furniture. Each room have a new soundproof door with personal codelock. You pay the rent 1 month in advance with a 1 month deposit.
