Hej, I have a nice one-room apartment with kitchenette available, preferably for a University student/postdoc. Since I temporarily moved to another city, the whole apartment area will be at your disposal, from 16th of December and until further notice, max 1.5 years. The apartment was just newly renovated, designed with love and well furnished. Your own WC & shower and small kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, kettle etc.) are at your disposal. Laundry room is shared with the other guys from the neighborhood. Water and heat are included into monthly rent. Electricity and Internet are paid separately. If you wish, youre welcome to use my sheets, duvets, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils etc for free. The apartment is located in a calm area with the direct transportation to the city center and Chalmers. It takes ca. 10-15 min by any tram to the central station of Göteborg. Tram number 10 will get you to Chalmers directly, for about 20-25 min. There are some shops nearby: Lidl, Coop, Willys, also Ikea is quite close... We will sign a contract, payment in advance one month rent deposit is also required, Please tell me a bit about yourself when applying. Thank you Alexander
