Hello Here are some descriptions: General traffic info (time is estimated according to my own walking speed): -> Around 3 minutes walk to buss stop -> Around 8 minutes walk to tram stop -> Around 15 minutes travel to central Gothenburg (Norsdan/central station) -> Around 10 minutes walk to Lindholmen science park What is around the neighbor (time is estimated according to my own walking speed): -> Around 4 minutes access to Pizza place, backing shop -> Around 8 minutes access to pub, club, restaurant -> Around 10 minutes access to library -> Vegan restaurant around the corner. Who lives around you in the building: -> Proper educated people, warm and friendly -> A lovely cat sometimes wants your attention when he meets you in the yard what you get: -> I am usually not at home due to job reasons (couple of days per month) so you have more spaces by your own in practice. (officially shared rent, but I am only at home during long holidays and some weekends). -> Furniture, home appliance, kitchen tools, bedclothes -> The rent period can be extended if we are happy with each other it is possible to renegotiate the moving out time in the contract The starting time can be negotiated as well, but no late than middle of September. -> plus: arts are fully equipped in the flat (lobby, bedroom, and living room) and you can read my books. ------------- Who I am looking for: -> I am looking for a honest person with proper manner. You MUST be Tidy and protect the facilities (furniture are freshly new) at home. Also, good to get along with each other. :-) lets be fair, be honest, and be friendly to each other.
