Hello, I have a nice flat, 85 square meters with 3 rooms, 2 toilets, big kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a balcony. Flat has a nice view to forest. It is in 5th floor and furnished. There is a bed, a desk, a bookshelf and a dresser for your clothes. It takes 18 minutes to go to the city with tram number 4, 8 or 9. It takes 25 minutes with tram number 8 to Chalmers. Walk from the flat to tram station takes 4 minutes. I am looking for someone how have the experiences to live with others, non smoker, tidy and flexible, be open to receive feedback. I would like to live with someone who respects the silence and stillness. It is important to do the daily cleaning and keep your room and common area tidy. The size of the room is 18 square meters. It is available from first of Agust.Contract is for one year but it is possible to extend it for a longer period. If you need accomudation for a short period, we can negotiate. At the moment a Chalmers PHD student lives in the flat. Rent is 4100 kr per month. You should be non smoker and have no pets and not drink alcohol at home.
