A well furnished room in a cozy apartment located in a very good area 100 mts to bus /Tram station that takes you to Centrum in 5 minutes. Very good communication, green areas. I am looking for a very calm,tidy, friendly and also a Vegetarian who is Non-alcoholic, No smoking, No Drugs, No Children or pets. The room is rented out only for one person. Electricity, Wifi included in the rent. The room has an area of approx 25 sqmts attached balcony. There is a common laundry room for the whole apartment. I am looking for a long term rental at least an year. WC, Bathroom, kitchen, oven, refrigerator, hall way are shared between us. A little about my self, I am 25 year old engineer looking for a co-habitat. I have sportive mentality and co-operative. I am responsible, tidy and a polite person. I am strict Vegetarian, Non-alcoholic, No smoking, No Drugs. I do not have any pets. Please do reply, only when you match the criteria. The room will be rented immediately.
