Bright, nice room with great view available for ONE international student. Popular neighbourhood close to Chalmers campus, Fysiken and Sahlgrenska and close to other University areas and city centre. Good communications by public transport. The room has 2 proper beds (but I only rent out to ONE person), the beds are adjustable either to a double bed or you could use one as a sitting couch. Theres also a flatscreen-TV, a desk for studies, shelves for books, and a wardrobe with hangers for clothes. One set of bedlinen is included as well as duvets, pillows, blankets etc. Towels in the bathroom are changed every week. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with me, the host. Kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, microwave, dishwasher etc which you of course are welcome to use. High speed WiFi by fiber is available for SEK 150/month. Looking for a serious, quiet, considerate and well organised tenant. Experience from living alone or from flat-sharing is a plus.
