Looking for female (preferably) vegetarian, to take care of my flowers when I am away. Shared three-room apartment of 74m2 at Norra Guldheden. Each has one bedroom (as I live there too and from) while the kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. On the third floor of three, with no elevator, which is compensated for by a good view. The room and the rest of the apartment are both fully furnished, but there is also a lot of, e.g., kitchen equipment. All kinds of linens (if so needed), water, internet, etc are included in the rent. Please note - only available for one person to live here, and no pets and no children. Public transport, with a lot of connections from Wavriskys Plats, is 300m away. Long-term parking in the area is practically impossible. Shared washing machines, but few users, so they are easy to use. A film of the flat will be made accessible for serious applicants. Best regards, Alf.B.
