As my current flatmate will be moving out, a room would be available for rent starting from 1st November,2018. Heres what you get: A private room for rent in a brand new furnished 86 sqm apartment in very attractive and family friendly area in Askim/Nya Hovås. The apartment has all modern equipments. There is a shopping centre and groceries stores and all facilities you would be in need of nearby and in summer there is 5 minutes by bike ride or 15 min walk to the sea where you can go swimming. There is bus stop which is about 50 metres from the apartment. There is direct bus connectivity to centre of city. Rent is 6500 SEK including heating, water (hot and cold), household electricity, garbage collection, internet, bed sheets and towels.
