Renting room in beautiful house

Hey I am renting out a room in beautiful house on island Kanan Access to island is with boat only, its would be very good if there is a skill to drive a small boat. Here you can get with bus or with car. At main land is parking for cars. Looking for renter only for long term. House is fully furnished, 2x bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, kitchen,living room, basement, guest house, big bbq area and terrace. In price is included wi-fi and electricity. Im 24 from Latvia, im a quiet guy friendly and polite, in weekends like to relax, listen music,BBQ, watch movies. I would prefer to offer the room to a quiet, easy going person with full-time employment. Please include a photograph as well as a short description of yourself and what you do.
