Possibility to rent a guest house for year around living. The house is situated on an island, that means that you drive the boat that is included in the rent yourself, to the island and from the island. The boat trip takes approxiemately 5 minutes. The house is situated at ekero and if you go by bus and metro it will take about 1 hour to stockholm city. The guest house is for sleeping cooking and relaxtion is in the main house. Internet connection is included in the rent. Could be suitable for example student charing for 1 or 2 people. The previous tenants stayed for 1 year and studied at KTH in stockholm.
