The house will be available for 3 years from 1st of August 2016. Description The house is built 2013 and is located in an area called Sandudden in Ekerö. Sandudden is an very calm and nice place close to Mälaren, the third largest lake in Sweden) There is a Pre School (kindergarten) and School (children up to 12 years old) located a few hundred meters from the house (walking distance). The area is mainly populated by families with children. The house is located near several beaches, the closest within a hundred meters. In the wintertime you can normally do ice skating in the same place as you swim in the summer. Communication A few hundred meters from the house there is a bus station. The bus takes you to Stockholm (Brommaplan) in 20 minutes. You will get to Brommaplan by car in 15 minutes. There is also a car-ferry that takes you from Ekerö to southern parts of Stockholm. For example it takes you 30 minutes to Södertälje by car taking the ferry.
