Our family is going abroad for work January until end of March 2018, which makes our beloved family house available to rent. The villa is situated in the very popular area Stocksund, just North of Stockholm. Vicinity to the city (10 mins by car in little traffic, 20 mins during rush-hour), Arlanda Airport, the sea, nature, jogging-trails, restaurants and much more makes it the ideal house. It is a fairly large house, over 4 floors, with a total of 10 rooms, of which up to 6 are bedrooms. Please let us know your needs in terms of beds so we can plan together accordingly. The main floor is perfect either for just being home, or for entertaining and having friends or associates over. The living room and dining rooms are both large and easy to host visitors within. There is a functioning fire-place. The kitchen is spacious as well, with a good sized dining table which easily seats 6 persons. On this floor, there are also two bathrooms, of which one is larger, with a comfortable shower. This is perfect for the decorated guest room (or office for those who prefer) just next to the kitchen. This floor also hosts an additional room, which we currently use as a play-room, but could be used for additional beds, an office, gym or library for example. The second floor is the ideal private area, with 3 good bedrooms, and a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Here you will also find the combined washing and drying machine (it is also possible to use the extra washing machine in the basement, but we find this is more than enough - but theres always the option). On this floor there is also a balcony facing trees, the skies and the other beautiful surrounding villas. The attic is a little like a separate entity, which a small living room and a bedroom - perfect for guests or perhaps teenagers. The basement also holds an au-pair room - also perfect for help at home, visitors or family members. In the basement there is also currently a music-room, with drums, piano, guitars etc, as well as a fresh sauna and shower. The section is quite big, more than 1000 square meters. It holds a big green grassy field facing the street with great environments for children, such as a swing and also slides. There is also a play-house, as well as outdoor furniture and a gas-BBQ for when the weather gets warmer. Overall a fantastic house and we love it. Walking to the Roslagsbana (a small quaint commuter train that goes towards the city) takes about 10 mins, and walking to the subway (metro) takes about 15 mins (the station is called Danderyds Sjukhus, on the red line towards Mörby Centrum). The house has been installed with high power (3-phases) electricity plug for electrics cars, such as a Tesla. It is also possible to rent a Tesla Model X (2017) with the house through a separate agreement. We would only rent to people with excellent references, solid incomes, and against prepayment of 2 monthly rents in advance. Welcome
