Hi, I wants to rent out a room in my apartment that is available from 25th of January. Room is available only for females. I am living with my wife and 2 childrens (8 and 4 year) and wants to rent a room that is not in our use. Its situated in Norsborg, 2-3 minutes walks from Norsborg T-bana. Rent will 5000 SEK/Month. I will charge one month advance/deposit rent that you will get back at the move out time. Rent will be paid between 25-28 of every month. Internet and electricity will be included in the rent.
