Villa in the central Skutskär is rented out from Sept. 2017 for a long term. Area is 120 sq.m. on 2 floors plus laundry and extra storage in the ceiling. Upper floor is fully renovated (2016/17, underfloor heating, new bathroom). Kitchen, large living room and visitors toilet are downstairs. Rented unfirnished. Heating and warm water are supplied through borehole heat exchanger (bergvärme). Deposit 10000:-. Electricity is not included (ca. 1000:- in the summer and ca. 2000:- in the winter). As a tenant you should be non-smoking, have no pets, and you should have a solid income and no debts. Infrastructure: Commuting trains depart regularly to Uppsala and to Gävle. Train/buss station is nearby (5 min walk). Kindergarten and school is close by (2 min). There is medical care center (vårdcentralen, BVC), various grossery stores, Willys, Coop.
