This is safe and nice neighbourhood. It is located in Älmhult Centrum and it is very close to train and bus station and grocery stores, yet very peaceful and cozy environment. The apartment is in first floor and there is washing machine available both in the apartment basement and in the flat. There are also 3 storage spaces available to use. Rent will be inclusive of Avgift , heating, water and TV connection. Electricity is on the tenant as per usage. We moved out of the apartment due to job and hence this place is available for 1 year.
