Completely new 24 m2 modern room with own entrance in a villa in central Växjö (Väster). The room is furnished with a large bed, desk, chair, flatscreen TV etc, and is including a 6 m2 walk-in-closet. You will share kitchen, bathroom and laundry (including an extra shower), with 3 other tenants in the ground floor. The villa is situated in a calm residental neighborhood ca 1,5km from the railway station and 5km from the Univeristy. Free parking outside the house or in the street. All electricity, water, heating, and Internet (fiber) is included in the rent. This room is the first to be finished in a new flat on the second floor, so currently the other rooms on this floor is being renovated. Although the entrance and hall is also finished so you will not notice this much. From March we will have finished your own bathroom on this floor (then the rent will increase to 4.900 SEK per month). The room will be available until June 2018 (when the rest of the apartment on this floor is finished), so therefore its suitable for an exchange student studying the spring semetser.
