Looking for female master student or female in higher academic level alternatively mature individual being in Växjö as expat. Prefer a contract with start June 1st (date for moving in may differ). Smokers (on regular basis) kindly asked to look elsewhere. Rental period preliminary until December 31st but may be extended. Rent includes: 8m2 room including access to shared area of 62m2 which includes a large kitchen, dinner area, living room, bathroom. Additionally there is a large balcony with both rising and setting of the sun. Shared areas are of course furnitured, you also have access to kitchen utilities such as dishwasher, oven, various tools and machines, cutlery, glasses, plates etc. sufficient to serve half an army. It is all there for you to use. The laundry machine is in the bathroom. Further included is dishwashing powder and tools required for manual dishwashing and household paper, toilet paper, cleaning tools and chemicals, laundry detergent and softener. Heating, hot and cold water, electricity, internet is also included in rent. The bedroom can come partially furnished such as a wardrobe and ceiling lamp. A temporary bed can be organized if needed. Myself, Carl (31), renting two rooms out. One is occupied by Eric (28) whom has been living here since a bit more than a year. Just as I, Eric is working in Växjö. My work sometimes includes intensive traveling abroad. Both of us enjoy for example exercising, cooking, parties and also chilling out with Netflix. We both enjoy each others company however there are no routines about shared activities - everyone has their own activities from cooking to anything else. Sometimes there are social events and going on. We like having friends over, in particular on weekends, sometimes until late. Routines in general are quite straight forward and of much importance for a convenient living. We take turns in cleaning, ca. every three weeks it will be your turn. This includes looking after trashes and recycling. Kitchen is always restored after use of each of us, as well as eating area and common room area. You will have your own private space in kitchen fridge, freezer and cupboards. You also have an additional wardrobe in the entrance hall. You have personal space also in the bathroom. A couple more routines to be introduced at occasion. Altogether, integrity is important and openness likewise so - we talk with each other a lot here. The area is called Biskopshagen, a part of Söder (the southern part of Växjö city). Distance to Campus by bike is 10 minutes, and about the same to the city center. A very calm area of Växjö with only residents, of whom the most are families or retired. 3 minutes access to two lakes available for swimming, and with walking trails around them. Nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by bike, another 2 are 10 minutes away. Should you have a car is it no problem - parking possible on the street outside the apartment. Reason for preferring a female inherent before a male simply because of the balance. Three men would simply be too much. You would be the third to move in.
