The bus stops 1 minute from the villa. If you go by car it will take 20 minutes to Arninge and 30 minutes to Gustavsberg. Täby is 25 minutes away. The boat from Vaxholm goes right into the city if you want to go boat. Everything is newly renovated. You have a nice view of Solöfjärden. It is not more then 120 meters down to the water. Large sun terraces towards the water. We charge per person. It is 2, 3 and 4 bed rooms. There is parking for cars. We also have broadband, laundry and dryers, etc. You can be a permanent residence here, so it is possible to list you at skatteverket on this address. 1 month of deposition.
