Lägenheten är en 2:a på 75m2 med stort vardagsrum och rymligt kök. Den ligger i Korsängsskolan som är en före detta skola från sekelskiftet som 2009 byggdes om till lägenheter. Lägenheten har egen ingång från markplan och egen uteplats. Den är ljus och fräsch med stora fönster med mycket ljusinsläpp och en takhöjd på 3,5m. I lägenheten finns egen tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt diskmaskin. Korsängen är en liten förening med fin gemenskap och öppna grannar. Gamla Korsängsskolan ligger bra placerat precis utanför Västerås citykärna med endast 10 min cykelväg till Centralstationen, Mälardalens högskola, industriområdet Finnslätten samt gångavstånd till flera matvarubutiker och busshållplats precis utanför. I hyran ingår: El, vatten, värme, tv och internet samt garageplats i låst carport och cykel. Deposition: 1 månadshyra Hyra: 12 000:- med 1 månads förskottsbetalning. The apartment is a 2 room and a kitchen at 75m2 with a big living room and spacy kitchen. It is accommodated in an old school house from the beginning of the 19th century and was rebuild into apartments in 2009. My apartment has its own entrance and patio. It is light and modern with big windows allowing a lot of natural light and 3,5m to the ceiling. There is both washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher in the apartment. The old Korsängs school is well placed just outside downtown Västerås. There is only 10 min ride with bicycle to the railway station, city centre, Mälardalens College, the industrial area Finslätten and several of supermarkets within walking distance. The bus stop is just outside on the street. The housing community is small with nice neighbours that looks out for each other. The following is included in the rent: Electricity, water, heat, tv and internet, private parking in locked garage and bicycle. Deposition: 1 month rent Rent: 12 000:- with 1 month prepayment.
