I am looking prospective tenants for short term basis (6 months) but this can be extended further to one year, if there comes an interesting proposal. My apartment is 4 room apartment with three bedrooms one living room, kitchen, one bathroom with Jacuzzi, one guest toilet, and two storage spaces (closets). The apartment can be furnished as per the needs from party. The expected rent is 11750 kr per month inclusive electricity and internet. Parking: Parking is available with 190 kr/month with El-uttag. There also some parking spaces without electricity point. Rental period: Anything from three months till one year. Kitchen has dishwasher, Refrigerator, Freezer Bathroom has washing machine and dryer. Plus there are big machines in common laundry room. PS: The bus stop (Bus no. 4) is 3-4 minutes walk from apartment which is very convenient to go to finslätten or city center. We will only rent out to people with secure income, some evidence is required for this.
