Room in a beautiful furnished apartment

I have a room available in my apartment in Gustavsberg, Varmdo. The apartment is newly produced (built in 2016) and fully furnished. I currently live alone and would rent out the other room for an initial period of 6 months. The kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. I am searching for a young working person (or student), neat and organized with no pets and does not smoke. There are several buses going from Varmdo to the centre of the city (22 minutes bus) and lots of grocery stores, gyms, etc here at Varmdo.
