Room with own bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. The room is positioned between the main house and garage and is private with its own entrances. One wall and a cupboard are used for storage by the owner - as can be seen in the photos. It is furnished with bed, table, chairs and has a microwave oven, kettle, plates and crockery and cutlery for the preparation of simple meals. The contract will follow the model found here on studentboet.se and each party will have the same possibility to end the contract on one months notice. There is the possibility to have access to the laundry room and wifi is included. The room has a bed sofa which pulls out to form a double bed , so the room is suitable for double occupancy - at an extra cost of 1000 SEK per calendar month. The nearest bus stop is about 400 metres away.
