Looking for someone to move in in January (20th) as my flatmate is doing an internship abroad The room is 10m squared, and furnished with a double bed, bedside table and desk of sorts, and has a big window. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (living room, kitchen, etc.) and has a balcony, although youre more than welcome to bring your own stuff too. Rent is 3600 and includes broadband, while electricity bills would be split. The apartment (69 square meters) is in the Flogsta area, which is mostly filled with students, and is 5 minutes walk from a large supermarket and 1 minute walk from the bus stop to town (aprox. 15 minutes). There is also a cycle path which is about 15 minutes into town/the university, and a forest kind of thing 2 minutes walk away if you like nature. About me: Im British, 24, and currently interning in Stockholm as part of my masters program. The apartment would suit a student, young professional or the like, male or female.
