Renting out my fully furnished 2 rooms apartment from 1st of December, 2017 till 1st of September, 2018. The apartment is 57 square meters and is located at Väktargatan 26C, Uppsala. There is a possibility for the person who will rent my flat to have a first-hand contract from September 2018. The flat is very roomy and have the sense of being bigger than it actually is. Youll have one bathroom with a big tub, a fully equipped kitchen (oven and fridge etc.) and a garden view while cooking. The bedroom has a very comfortable 180cm double bed and a nice fan to cool the place in case of hot weather during the summer. It also has a window with a lovely park view. The living room has a big sofa to chill in, a 52 inch TV, DVD-blue ray, Sound Bar and Subwoofer Home Theatre System, desk for studies and a cosy French balcony with a park view. Here you can really enjoy the sunset. Moreover, youll have a dining room for gathering and having a nice meal. The apartment is located in a great area, with about 5 min bike ride to the city centre. Its close to bus stops, preschools, supermarkets and universities. Also there is multiple barbeque areas where you can make good food with friends. Sometimes there is a gathering with the neighbours where you can go to mingle and get information about whats going on in the area. There is a small laundry house right next to the flat where you can wash at any time of the day. This is an ideal flat for a student/students and Im sure you will love it Price: 8000 SEK per month. It includes internet, tv, electricity, and home insurance. When we write the contract we will agree on a deposit. Applicants must be 18 years old. The applicant must be able to demonstrate a certificate on academic full-time studies at 30 higher education credits per semester with the application. For doctoral students, an activity rate of 50 percent applies. The applicant may not have: Payment note or liability of importance.
