We are renting our 3 room apartment (2 bedrooms with living room), and one bathroom, right next to the city forest and nearby nature reserve. A fantastic location This area is very safe, quiet, and it has excellent bus lines to downtown and to Gottsunda. It is about 10 minutes to the city and 5 minutes to Gottsunda. Frequent buses as well We were very happy with the apartment, but unforeseen circumstances has us to relocate. Our favorite part is size, layout, and the view from 5 big windows facing the forest The apartment has lots of natural light and a nice view to the city forest from the living room and is on the top floor (no one above you). There is a washer and dryer included with the apartment. A nice balcony as well Plenty of storage downstairs. (There is also one large storage room by the dining area). We can offer it partially furnished (kitchen table/basic necessities, large double bed). Please inquire for options. If you need it furnished, we can discuss that. One year rental (with some flexibility) and is available now. Negotiable. Continued rental after the term, is a possibility. Please inquire of your preference. Utilities (water and electricity are additional). The electricity would be in your name. Internet/Cable TV would be your choice. We look forward to hearing from you.
