Room for student

I have a nice and fresh room in a very cosy little townhouse, in two stairs. The house is very central but seems to be on the countryside, without near trafic but anyway close to a lot of busses that can take you everywhere in town, with a lot of green arias, bushes and so on. It is close to Engelska Parken and Ekomomikum. The house was build 1980, so it is not a flashy apartment but a quiet and robust little building. The house has 5 rooms, two shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen. I can hire 1 of them to the right person, The right person is a student, or phd/master, about 22 years or more, and has some experience to share bathrooms and kithchen. Since we have cats, you shouldnt be allergic. You are clean, you respect some basic rules and you need the room for a long term, not for one or two months. There is already 2 students living in the house and they like to study here, since it is quiet. The rent is 4500 month, all included: electricity, Wifi, water ... You can answer med by mail.
