The apartment is located in a nice and quite area in Salabacke in Uppsala. It takes 7 minutes to Central Station by bike and Gränby Köpstad is within walking distance. The Årsta Centrum is also adjacent to the accommodation and has a good service offering, such as a healthcare center with public health care, grocery stores, etc. Rent is including: electricity, water, insurance, internet, Cable TV and all the furnitures. On the basement we have a laundry room with washing machines, dryer and drying room. No smoking and no pets in the apartment.
