Hello my inneboende is going to move out and so there will be a room for renting in my 2 bedroomed apartment situated in Salabacke near Grämby Centrum. I am looking first and foremost for a student but others maybe considered. Rent period is 1 Dec to June 2018. The room is furnished with a double bed , a small sofa and a closet. As a guest, you will have access to the living room, kitchen, storage, laundry room and shared bathroom. Wi-Fi will be included in the rent but extra cost for electricity will be shared equally. For me it is important that we get along well during your stay and that you like to clean after yourself. smoking is allowed outside and you friends are welcome to visit.
