3:a i Luthagen uthyres möblerad. Vi hyr ut vår lägenhet pga utlandsstudier. En fin lägenhet i bra skick och mycket nära (tre minuter promenad) till ekonomikum. Lägenheten skulle passa mycket bra till en familj med ett barn eller till ett par som vill bo rätt centralt och nära universitetet. Beskrivning av området och läget: - Flera förskolor och skolor finns i närheten. - Tre minuters promenad till Coop nära - Fem minuters promenad till Ica-butik - Tre minuters promenad till Ekonomikum - Två minuters (max) promenad till busshållplats - Flera parker/lekparker inom fem minuters promenadavstånd - Grillplats på gården - Enkelt att hitta parkeringsplats i närheten - Nära till skogsområden med motionsspår - Gratis gymm och bastu i huset Beskrivning av lägenheten: Ett stort sovrum och ett stort vardagsrum samt ett mindre sovrum, nu inrett för barn. Köket och badrummet är renoverade under de senaste 10 åren och fräscha. Lägenheten hyrs ut fullt möblerad. Det innebär att det finns säng, soffa, bokhyllor, tv-möbel med skåp, kontorshörna med mera. Förråd ingår. Rökning inomhus är förbjudet och dessutom rent hälsovådligt, djur är ingen fara. Vi är intresserade av att hyra ut lägenheten under ett par års tid. The apartment is in good condition and its located close to Ekonomikum (three minute walk). This apartment would be very well suited for a small family with one child that wants to live close to the city center and also close to the university. Description of the area: - Several day care centers (förskola) and schools in the proximity. - Three minute walk to Coop supermarket - Five minute walk to ICA supermarket - Three minute walk to Ekonomikum - Two minute walk to bus stop - Several Green-areas/parks/playgrounds within five minutes walking distance. - Barbecue-place in the patio - Easily available parking spaces close by (not for free) - Close to forest areas with running/walking/biking tracks - Free gym and sauna in the building Description of the apartment: There is one big bed-room and one big living-room additionally there is one small bedroom, now decorated for a child (tastefully decorated). The kitchen and bathroom have been refurbished within the last ten years, so they are quite nice. The apartment will be let fully furnished. This means there will be beds, a sofa, bookshelves, a tv-furniture, an office corner, et.c. There is also a stock house room that will be available in the basement. Smoking indoors will not be allowed and is actually not recommendable anyhow, due to health precautions. Animals are not a problem (must be discussed individually). We are looking to rent the apartment for a couple of years.
