Hi Im renting out a room in my apartment over the summer (june, july and august). The room is 12 m and will be unfurnished (I do have an extra bed if needed). The entire apartment is 74 m with a shared bathroom, kitchen, livingroom and a big patio outside. Internet is included, and I also have a parking space if needed. The location is in Ultuna close to nature and it takes about 15 min to the city centre with the bus or a bike. Im a swedish 26 year old female and I also have a cat. Im currently a student but will be moving from Uppsala at the end of august to do some traveling. Feel free to contact me for more info )
