Im looking to rent out my furnished studio apartment 2nd hand to a student or researcher till the 22nd of April. The apartment is located in the Flogsta area of Uppsala with good access to bus routes, 15 mins away from Flogsta Center via bike. The room comes fitted with a double bed, bedside table, armchair, wireless router, wardrobe and basic cooking utilities. The studio apartment has a small kitchenette (includes two stove tops, microwave and table-top oven) and en suite bathroom, providing the tenant complete privacy. Alternatively, the apartment can be given without furniture. The tenant: - Non-smoker. - No pets. - Clean and considerate. - Good personal economy no on-going credit issues. - Good reference from previous landlord. The rent: - 4100 SEK per month furnished. - 4000 SEK per month un-furnished. - Rent includes all bills (electricity, water, heating and internet). - After contracts are signed, a 4100 SEK deposit and first months rent is needed in order for the keys to be handed over.
