Room for rent short or long term

Hi there Since our current tenants are moving out, we are looking for someone to rent our extra room. It is ca 18 sqm, fully furnished, with access to private bathroom but shared kitchen. Of course the other areas in our house like living room etc. are also available for use, but we count them as our space. The room is in a newly built row house in Stenhagen ca 20 minutes bus/bike from the city centre / university, and walking distance to one of Uppsalas biggest shopping areas with ICA maxi foodstore, systembolaget etc. The area is very close to nature with great walking trails and the huge Hågadalen nature reserve around the corner. We have a 3-year old daughter, 2 lovely cats and a turtle, so we have no problems with animals or kids We usually speak German in our family, but are fluent in English as well as Swedish. Currently we are renting out to a couple, but we have no preferences as long as you are happy with the room. The price is 3000 everything included (4000 if you are a couple, since the heating and water costs go up :) Dont hesitate to contact us if you are interested If you contact us by mail it would be great if you included a short description of yourself, photo etc. Also, photos of us or the room are available on request.
