Note This apartment is leased during a limited time on special terms due to a scheduled refurbishment in the residential area. As a tenant you have the possibility to stay until Rikshem needs the apartment. The lease runs one month at a time with one calendar months time of notice. An agreement regarding the renouncement of protection of tenancy shall be signed. The apartment is leased in existing condition and only necessary repairs will be performed. You cannot choose any electives. There will not be any viewing of the apartment. An apartment with a short-term lease cannot be sublet.
