Very pleasant to live in there, with main room oriented south and west, with large balcony. Bedroom oriented west and north. Very open views each side, especially for sunsets Kitchen includes 4-spot stove, oven, fridge&freezer... Including pieces of furniture and/or kitchen equipment can be discussed. The flat is located Ekebyvagen 17. The area is very quiet. Less than 5 min a walk to Coop supermarket, 10 min a bike ride to the city center. This is a second hand flat and I am the occupant at the moment. I need to move out, so I am looking for someone to take over. My rent has been 5300 kr/m including water, electricity (insurance and internet have been at my own cost). The flat is available until october.
