I am a very sociable person, enjoying spending my free time out in the nature and climbing indoor and outdoor and cooking with my friends I am away about half of the week for work reasons Im renting out a room in the beautiful area of Kungsängen The room is approx. 15m2, the whole apartment is 85m2. Kungsängen is 30min away from T-centralen with Pendeltåg, trains every 15 min. The apartment takes the whole upper floor of a villa. Its all furnished, with own washing machine, it has its own sauna and balcony with view on lake Mälaren. The landlord lives downstairs with his family, with whom I am in very good terms Rules: Since the house is built of wood, it is important to keep quiet after 22:00 weekdays and 23:00 weekends.
