Hello, I am renting out a room in my 3 bed room apartment located at Stipendiegränd 2E, Ålidhem, Umeå. The apartment is well furnished and about 5 minutes walk to Umeå university. It is so close to Ålidhem centrum where the main grocery shops are located. It cost 3000kr/month with bills inclusive. it has two bedrooms and a living room. The living room , kitchen and the toilet are the shared spaces. In addition to this, it is well furnished with a 45-inch smart tv in the living room. it is available from the 1 of April 2017.
