We have a chain house on Ersboda that is open for short term rent. We are renting out each room separately. All common spaces are shared of all tenant. Room 1 ( 1 bunk bed and a desk): 395 per night . 1600 per week, 3500 per month. Price is for the entire room and could fit two people. Room 2: Queen size bed, 495 per night, 2000 per week, 4500 per month. Room can fit 2-3 people. Additional bed available (extra fee). Room 3: Unfurnished room with balcony, 3300 per month. Common rooms: Kitchen, rest room with shower, rest room with bath tub, laundry room Bus stop right outside house. Parking available Grocery store a few minutes walk away No pets, No parties, No smoking
