Hello, I am renting out one of the rooms in my new apartment which is located on Pedadogränd (Ålidhem). It is a large apartment (67.8 sqm) with own kitchen, bathroom, utility room (with washing machine), as well as access to the Bastu/Sauna. The apartment is East-West orientated. Small pets (rodents, birds, fish, etc) are fine but prefer no cats or dogs. I am a 28 y/o male and have a MSc in Geoecology, currently studying Archeaology at the University. I go to the gym regularly and play video games on occasion. I have not visited the apartment so I do not have any pictures yet or measurements of the rooms, these will be available later. Earliest moving in date will be 01-Feb-2018.
