Hello, We are Shun and Isolde, two PhD colleagues from Canada and the Netherlands, and we have recently found a nice place to live in, and are now looking for a third housemate Shun studies fish and likes cheese and wine, Isolde studies lakes and loves music. The perfect housemate would be friendly, clean, sociable and respectful, likes occasional spontaneous cookings/dinners, and living in a very nice clean apartment. No smoking, no drama, unless youre watching Downton Abbey or the like The apartment is a newly renovated 85 m2 apartment, located on on Mariehemsvägen 39 on the 3rd (and top) floor. Wooden floors, dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer, bathroom floor heating everything is new It is a 12 m bike ride, 15 m bus trip, and 35 minute walk to the university. The available room is a 15-16 m2 room with wooden floor, windows and small wardrobe.
