Hej, I am looking for someone to share my apartment with from January 2018 to June 2018 (included). This person must be respectful, organized, responsible and clean. The rent is 5 600 sek with electricity, water, laundry costs and internet. It is located in Öbacka, very close to the center (20 min walk and 10 minutes by bike) and in front of the Umeå River. Also close to the University and the Hospital. It is in a newly built building (Nov 2014). The bedroom for rent is 10 m2. We share one bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. The place is furnished, except for the bedrooms, we can talk about your interests/needs and accommodate. Also, it has a dishwasher, large fridge and a separate large freezer, a grilling area, you can book the laundry room and sauna. No pets and no smokers please.
