Hej hej, My apartment will be empty from November 2017 to December 2017 (included). I will also be looking for a tenant to share with when I move back from Jan to June, so theres a possibility to extend. I am looking for a respectful (not only with the apartment but also with the neighbours), responsible, clean person/couple/family. The rent is 9 600 sek services, that is the Bostaden price. It is in Öbacka, very close to the center (20 min walk and 10 minutes by bike) and in front of the Umeå River. It is in a newly built building (Nov 2014) so it is as good as new, and you can see the river from the balcony. It has two bedrooms (13 and 10 m2), one bathroom, kitchen, living room and it is furnished (except for one of the bedrooms, we can talk about your interests/needs and accommodate). Also, it has a dishwasher, large fridge and a separate large freezer, a grilling area, you can book the laundry room and sauna. No pets and no smokers please.
