2 bed room apartment to rent

Hello, I am renting my two bed room apartment located at Stipendiegrand 2E for a period of three months i.e from June 1 to the 31 of August. Contract can be renewed depending on circumstances. The apartment is very closed to Alidhem centrum, the university, bus stops and major amenities in Umea. The rent is 6500kr with bills inclusive. I am willing to rent the entire apartment to a single person or two separate persons. The larger room cost 3750 while the smaller room is 2750. I am looking for someone who is organised, neat and honest. The apartment is well furnished. Very attractive living room with a 45 inch smart tv and two big beds in the rooms.There are pots, plates and cutleries in the kitchen. It is perfect for someone who is looking for a temporary place to live. I have attached a picture of the bigger room here.
