Roommate wanted in umedalen, Umedalen

My sambo and I are looking for a roommate. Were moving into a 3 room apartment in Umedalen, which is 35-45 minutes from the university by bike and 30-35 minutes by bus. There are good connections since number 1 goes every ten minutes by day and every 30 minutes by night. The price is 4000 kr per month plus utilities, and we require a one month deposit. The apartment has a balcony that faces south, and theres three different laundry rooms, a party/event/guesthouse area and a sauna. All of these are of course free to book to all building residents. Move in date can be as of the 18th of August. We are looking for someone who thinks it is very important to have a home that is clean and organized. It is also important to us that you be willing to sit down and agree on a cleaning schedule that spans over twelve weeks or so. This is so that we can all agree on how often certain tasks should be done: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. Some of those tasks, which we will of course distribute evenly and fairly include: Vacuuming, cleaning the dishwasher, cleaning the bathroom, taking out all trash, dusting, etc. Another aspect of importance is compatibility. We are very open-minded groovy people who love enjoying our lives and have a great deal of respect for all living beings. We believe communication is of the utmost importance when it comes to every type of relationship and that if one person isnt feeling great about the living situation then all inhabitants are negatively affected by that as well. We are very positive people who enjoy hosting the occasional dinner. We moved to Umeå about a year ago and we have been very lucky in meeting people who are open-minded and artistic in all kinds of ways, as well as being great to have interesting and intellectually stimulating conversations with. Brian is from the US, and I was also born there (although my parents are Colombian) so English will be the most commonly used language in the home. I am fluent in Swedish though in case there are certain situations/subjects you would prefer to approach in Swedish. We are the type of people who think its important to have time to oneself almost every day so we wont feel like socializing all the time. We eat only organic (ekologisk) or wild food, but we are not prescriptive or judgmental of others personal lifestyle choices. I am allergic to cats so unfortunately only hypoallergenic cats could move in. Please contact us with a descriptive email if you are interested.
