Renting room in villa in Tyresö: Im renting out a room in our villa from mid of March March or from April 2018 preferably for one person. The rent will be 4500 kr, including utilitie bills. Our house is about 150 sqm were small family with one child . Room is about 15 sqm have bed , own fridge in room , big cupboard, study table ( If needed). Weve two kitchen and one complete bathroom with shower and one extra toilet in house . Youll have possibility to have your separate kitchen n toilet but for shower will be sharing . We live in tyresö/ Hanviken , bus stop is on 10 min walk n only 10 min bus till gullmarsplan. Have WiFi at home. Smoking outside house pls.
