Room available in 3 bedroom apartment in Tyresö (Bollmora) for long term. Building is less than 2 years old and in a nice area next to nature, bus connections, shopping malls etc. Currently I am sharing the apartment with a couple, but they are moving out in March, so you can get a bigger room from April if you like. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or next to the building. Room is fully furnished. Available for your use: 1 bedroom shared living room with open kitchen 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer 1 wc (toilet) Bus stop: Masten - 3 minutes walk Groceries: Willy:s - 3 minutes walk Tyresö Centrum: - 7 minutes walk Gym: Actic, Friskis & Svettis - 1 minute walk Swimming pool: Medley Tyresö Aquarena - 5 minutes walk Rent: 4500 sek 4500 sek deposit. Internet included in the rent and we split the electricity. I myself, work during the weekdays, evenings I go to gym, play basketball or watch Netflix. If you want to know anything else just ask.
