Hi friends, Me and my mom have a spare room (which we are currently using as a storage room). Its located in Tyresö, a suburb 20 minutes south of Stockholm. The neighbourhood is a typical, sleepy, working class area where people basically sleep, eat, raise families, and then later move to a house if they can. Theres a lot of nature all around and great sports facilities, a good library etc. 5 min walking distance to Tyresö Centrum, grocery stores, etc. 5 min walking distance to bus 875/873 which takes you to Slussen via Gullmarsplan in 20 minutes. Private bathroom with shower. Shared kitchen, with basic stuff youll need. Standard rules, contracts, etc. Let me know how youd like it room set up and Ill do my best to acomodate you. Im 28 and moved back home to take care of my mom and finish my thesis so ideally were looking for a quiet person who just needs a cheap room, perhaps an international student or similar. Were open minded to all your quirks and will definitely respect your privacy. You should know that due to my moms age and deteriorating mental health, I cant guarantee youll get much of a social experience.
