I am swedish, but will write in english. We want to rent out a room in our big appartement of 5 rooms and kitchen. The rent is 3000 kronor per month and included is electricity, internet, access to the whole appartement except the other private bedrooms. The room is about 10 square meters and has got TV, desk, office chair, bed, sofa and three closets. The appartement is 100 meter from ICA grocery store and 200 meter to busstop, 5 minutes walk to Tyresö Centrum. Travel times are 40 minutes to Stockholm central station, 55 minutes to Tekniska högskolan and Stockholm university.
