The room is about 12 square meters and furniture includes bed, two closets, office desk and chair, desk lamp and TV. Included in the rent is electricity, internet, and access to bathroom, two toilets, living room, balcony, laundry room and kitchen. The room is in a rather private part of the apartment. The apartment is in Tyresö, south of Stockholm, 50 meters from ICA grocery store, 100 meters from buses to Gullmarsplan and 800 meters from Tyresö Centrum. Travel times are 35 minutes to Stockholm city center, 50 minutes to Tekniska university and Stockholm university. The room is available from December 23.
