Downstairs the house is equipped with a huge kitchen, hall and living room with a double garden door. Upstairs there is a living room with a balcony and a view of the sea in the far, 4 rooms and a platform which can be used for sleeping or storage. The house comes with a 1000 m2 garden which is shared. Its a nature garden. Lots of fruits...less perfection... I am a yoga teacher and planning to use the house 2 months in July and August for Yoga. You can rent the house from 15th or 1 of february 2018 till 1. July 2018. If you want its yours again from 1. September 2018 (or perhaps a bit sooner if your kids are in the school). I expect either you are planning to move to Sweden and need a platform for starting, or you need a house where you are free to travel without rent in the summer. Animals are welcome as long as they are clean. The rent is 9800 per month without electricity and water, but as the house is heated by 3 hotair pumps and 2 fireplaces the heat bill i manageable. There is possibility for parking 2 cars. You will need a car to live here. If you ask I can show more pictures. There is a 20 M2 garage which is also for rent.
