Room in townhouse - female student only

A furnished room in a newly produced two-floor town house in Ullna Strand in Täby/Stockholm to be rented out until further notice. You will have access to your own bedroom upstairs, the shared bathroom/laundry and the shared kitchen downstairs. I am female in my thirties and work full time. I am looking for one female roommate preferably a student studying on Master level or in senior years of their Bachelor degree. There are bus stations in walking distance. With bus 608, it takes around 25 min to go to Stockholm University(SU) and 30 min to reach Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). With bus 686, it takes around 20 minutes to go to Kista Centrum. There are also other connecting buses, in about 20 minutes ride, to reach Danderyds Sjukhus / Mörby Centrum and to take subway(T) red line from there to the Stockholm city. The rent is 4400 SEK per month. Besides the rent, you will also pay a lump sum 500 SEK per month for the utilities (electricity, heating, internet, water, and garbage collection). There is also free parking in the area if you own a car. 2-month rent as deposit (8800 SEK) is to be paid in advance and will be returned to you if no damage is done when you move out. You pay also the monthly rent in advance. I expect you to rent for longer period, preferably longer than 1 year. There is a two months notice period if you want to terminate the contract. No smoking or pets are allowed. I expect you to be tidy, organized, and well-behaved. Photos of the room can be sent on request.
